Black screen with blue flashing light, wont turn on or reboot
My phone has went black and will not turn on. It has a blue flashing light but sometimes a green flashing light. I have tried to reboot it by holding down the down volume button and power button simultaneously but with no joy. I have also tried the volume up, bixby and power buttons simultaneously but again no joy however a red light appeared.
