Why is my dryer not heating? Replaced heating element already.

HE2, not 3. It randomly stopped heating. Thermistor is reading proper ohms, blower thermal fuse is good, high limit fuse and thermal cut off are good. Just replaced heating element. Circuit board looks good, and all other electronics work. Reading on power is 124/124/247V. Completely cleaned inside. No error codes. Any other ideas about what it could be?
