iPhone 7 Plus - Front Camera - Issues after replacement

Hello iFixit members!

A friend of mine came with his iPhone 7 Plus to get his screen replaced, by mistake I managed to break the front camera/earpice/proximity sensor module.

I purchased one online for an online store known by me with quality parts, problem fixed (the issue was that the earpice was not working, everything else was good tough).

Now the issue is that the front camera works only in native camera app and on Retrica, everything else (Instagram/Snapchat etc etc even Facetime video) simply crashes when opens front camera.

Latest iOS, just updated it, same issue.

What do you think? It is some issue within the iOS and I should try to restore it with DFU or maybe the module itself might be faulty or incompatibile?

It is strange as I said, everything else works perfectly fine, photos made with Front Camera in the original Camera App look normal and only on third party apps and Facetime it is crashing.

Already tried reseting all settings (without data).

I am asking you because I wanna know if anyone else had the same issue so I won’t keep trying new parts and searching for different workarounds, it is the first time it happends to me as it it the first 7 plus I replace front screen and proximity module.
