My led42c45rq tv intermittent picture, w/sound. Replaced power supply board, has 5vdc and 12 vdc on proper points on main board, etc no picture still.

Hi @vanlewend ,
When there is audio but no picture, try shining a torch at an angle close to the screen to see if there are any images there on the screen. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this a darkened room may help.
If they are there then there is a backlight problem.
Since you have replaced the power board the problem is either in the backlight LED array or perhaps the mainboard is turning the power off to the LEDs for some reason.
Check the voltage at the LED power cable connection when there is no display but there is audio.
Just curious if the menu screens will show when this occurs?
