I would be sure that your charger is actually charging properly first.
to gain access, slowly work front cover off all around using your thumb nails.
After cover is off, you will see screws to get in.

How can you Know that the speaker properly charging? I mean the whiteb light is blinking like normal until until the speaker is supposedly charged an hour or two later and then the speaker works fine it's just not lasting as long as it used to. So should I replace the battery?

Thank you! I will try another power cord I was able to take off the cover and find 5 plastic hex key screws Do you know what kind of battery is inside?
