Why is my phone Volume/sound cutting out during calls?

my phone the Blu View Mega B110DL is really frustrating me! During a phone call everything is going well talking with no issues then BAM The person on the other end is like “HELLO, Are you still there”? “I Can’t hear you” and I’m like “Yes i am here can you hear me”? And all i hear is “HELLO” so i have to then go to my Volume buttons turn that is still all the way up by the way turn it all the way down then all the way back up then the person on the other end can hear me just fine. why is that? why is this Happening how can i fix it? i just got this phone in July this year after my other one died on me. is this an easy Fix?
