Dishwasher does not heat the water or dry the dishes

Evening ladies and gentlemen

looks like became a member of this KitchenAid club , heater issue.

I have model KDTM704ESSO replaced heater element , and yes it was toast

Chech thermostat , working ok

need to know how to put this dishwasher in diagnostic Mode

Any help would be mush appreciated
