I cant put iPhone in recovery mode or safe mode or anything
ive tried everything updating itunes, holding the power and the home button but nothing it just continues to do the inf apple logo turning it self off and on

Have you tried holding the home button while inserting charging cable with iTunes open? If that doesn’t work you might have to put it in DFU mode.
If the phone will not go into DFU mode with the buttons you can try shorting the force DFU test point so it will go into DFU mode. Remember to have it connected to pc with iTunes open. You do not need the screen connected.

bro i literally said ive tried everything including trying to put it in DFU mode it doesnt work none of it i have looked into it tried all the "solutions" and nothing has worked.
@thebestcontent The only time I have seen a boot looping iPhone that cannot be put into DFU mode has been a faulty charging dock assembly or Tristar IC. Even a phone without the NAND goes into DFU mode.
