Hello, my phone got run over by multiple cars and the screen is destroyed, when I connect it it vibrates so that gives men hope, but the computer does not recognize it. Is there a way to recover the data? I have almost everything in the cloud but when the accident happened, I was in an area that had no service and had really nice pictures that I would love to recover.
Is there a way to do it?

I would recommend jessa from ipad rehab ipadrehab.com. she is one of the best and started doing this about 10 plus years. And I believe she only charges you if she gets the data. She has a YouTube channel called iPad rehab. You should watch the one about data recovery from a couple from nova Scotia who dropped their phone in a lake after going on a big vacation and had 10,000 pictures and she got them off. Unless you can get the phone recognized by the computer, there is no way to gain access to the data (photos) in the internal memory. When you connect the phone to your PC via the USB cable, does the PC detect the phone's presence at all?

Usually, if the phone can not be detected by the computer via USB cable, there is no way to help you access to the data on it. Maybe you can ask help from pro phone repair shop. Of course, if you have taken backup of your iPhone via iTunes or iCould, it’s easy to recover them from backup files. Good luck to you.
