PS 4 Pro The Last Of Us Series can’t remove disc, Please help

I just brought this PS 4 Pro The Last Of Us Series last month ago, and theres some trouble with the disc drive. This happened almost every time i forget to remove the disc after playing.

i search on the internet that we can remove the disc manually with a screwdriver, but my PS’s rubber O is not on the top of the logo, it was on the left side of the PS logo. and when i opened the rubber theres no hole to insert the screwdriver

and when i try to open the top side of the PS, its too hard and looks like not happening.

please someone help me??
