i have tried most things I think the ram might be full I might have to factory reset don’t know how to and if possible retrieve all my data

"My phone isn't turning on" isn't a good description. When you connect it to your computer, is it being detected? If so, it's the screen issue. If it's not being detected, try swapping the battery.
That's assuming your tried tried different cable/ power brick
