iPhone 6s keeps lagging and freezing

Hi,

My iPhone 6s keeps lagging and freezing and literally have no idea what is causing it, I originally thought a battery replacement would be an easy fix but it wasn't. I've tried resetting it and restoring and it still won't work. I can't even set it up properly without it glitching back to the start or the previous step. Everything else works normally though and I also tried a screen replacement and that didn't work either.

Please help. Any advice will be appreciated

I've already tried that, and even worse it takes way longer than usual to boot up.

How is your home button and other buttons are they working properly?

Yes all the buttons work but their actions are delayed, for example Siri is slow to come out

Try to boot up your iPhone without home button flex connected at the screen, if the phone boot up faster then there is a fault in the home button, if that doesn’t help try to disconnect back cam, if that doesn’t speed up boot proces the last thing you can try is to boot up without front cam
