Won't turn on, red led light blinking occasionally

Currently have a Samsung UN55KU6300, but can’t seem to power it on. Trying to determine what seems to be the issue, but don’t know if its the power supply, main board, or the panel itself. I tried looking at at this (Blinking red light, doesnt turn on) reference to see if I could diagnose, but unfortunately the backlights don’t turn on even when I unplug the power supply from the mainboard. The red led light blinks occasionally but thats it. I attempted to use the remote with it and all it does is make the led light blink really fast similar to what holding down the power button does.

I think it could be the power supply but unfortunately I don’t have a voltage meter to really check it at the moment. I have checked the capacitors but non seem swollen or damaged in anyway.
