How do I fix my mouse if the plastic piece of a usb broke off into it?

and the plastic part is stuck inside and i cant pull it out

You need to take it appart and remove it from the inside.

Do you perhaps mean the USB port on your computer? If so, the port connector will have to be replaced and we will need to know the exact make and model of your computer.
