Doesn't charge after water damage

Hello! I washed my iPhone 7 with water and soap. That night I tried to charge my phone and it didn’t work so my phone was left with 14% overnight. The next morning the iPhone had no battery so I charged it, it turned on and woke up with 1% and died again. I left it for 2 days in rice and nothing. Now my phone has the no battery sign every time I press the on /off button and it won’t charge. Can my iPhone be repaired? Does it need a battery change? What should Ido?
