Earbuds will not insert into earphone jack.
My earbuds will not insert into the jack. It seems as though something has dislodged in the jack or something broke loose.

Look at the tip of the earbud input jack and see if it has broken off.

I had to clean audio jack from cotton debris once. It went there from the bottom of my pocket. I couldn't insert earphones plug fully anymore. You can clean it with toothpick, if that's the case.
