Why is there no more power to the battery from the power supply?

The battery of my MacBook Pro 13" touch bar 2017 is not charging even if connected to the power supply. Apparently it does not seem a battery at the end of its life cycle and it’s not even a cable or power supply problem, having already tried to replace them.

Do you have an idea of what the cause is?
