Loud bang and then drum seized

My front loading Samsung washing machine, model # WF448AAP/XAA made a very loud crash/bang at the end of the spin cycle. I found that the drum is seized and will not turn by hand. I removed the rotor and stater from the rear but cannot see anything obvious. The bearing doesn’t look like it’s leaking grease.

Anyone have an idea about what may be the problem?
