Hi @fburl2 ,
Does it do this with all CDs or only the one?
If only the one, does it work in other cd players and if also not, is it clean without any scratches etc?
If other CD's don't work either try cleaning the laser lens with a lens cleaner - example only to see if that resolves the problem.
