Fujifilm Instax Not Connecting to my phone

So I don’t have the Fujifilm Instax Mini eight but it is the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link whcih was not in the choices of devices. It is supposed to be a bluetooth printer that prints photos in the Polaroid style. However ever since I got it I could not connect it to my phone’s bluetooth. I’ve tried many many times, youtube videos, Fuljifilm website and I can’t seem to find out what’s wrong. Connecting the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link should be just to press the button on the front for one second and then it’ll turn a rainbowish color but it is yellow which stands for an error in the film but there is no film inside. What can I do to fix this.
