My PS4 won't turn on all the way after cleaning.

Once I plug in the power cord into the PS4's socket. It immediately turns on without any input. But all it does is give me a solid blue light. No visual or audio. And no beep unless I disconnect and reconnect it immediately after, but nothing more.

The fan doesn't turn on either. I had taken it apart because after extended use, it would tell me that I had to turn it off due to getting too hot. So I took it apart with the help of some guide videos and cleaned it as best as I could. I also changed the thermal paste.

I didnt even take it apart completely. Just the power supply, hard drive, silver panel that holds the motherboard, and the board itself. I made sure to plug everything back in properly and even after the first attempt. I took it apart 2 more times after reading some $@$* online. Nothing. Does anybody have any suggestions?
