Disk Drive Stuck tried everything

Hi I just got an Xbox360 at the pawnsshop I work repairing stuff that doesn’t open up correctly. I did a teardown and I found the following:

-Foam removed for the front of the disk drive

-I realligned the gears as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvOb7n5j...

-without the metal shielding the drive open’s and closes just fine.

-with the metal shielding it will not open.

The console has been opened before and the shielding was bentI fixed it but it is not fixing the stuck disk bay.

Anyone Any idea?
