Pls my freezer is on but isn't giving any sound and it's not freezing.i just stock it up

Hi,
What is the make and model number of the freezer (or is it a refrigerator which has a freezer compartment)?
If there are lights in the freezer are they working when you open the door?
Have you checked that the power outlet that the freezer is connected to is working?
What have you checked?

It sounds like the compressor is not working. Did you verify it was plugged in and the breaker was not flipped? Unplug the freezer and plug a light in to verify the outlet has power.
