My mouse doesnt work properly, it has charge and read the supported OS

When I tried to connect it didnt move the cursor, Im sure I connected the proper device and checked what OS’s are supported, and read the manual and reconnected it multiple times, it is a “J.Burrows” wireless mouse that connects over bluetooth, what could be the cause?
