Reboots every 3 mins after battery replacement

dieter this is perhaps one of the most common questions on ifixit for iphones.. there are plenty of similar answers too, so have a browse under the photo of the phone at the answers. Basically your phone isn't recognising the new hardware. If you put your old battery back in then all should be fine again. If you try and restore in its current state then you'll most likely get error 29. The solution is to request an exchange from iFixit. It is a bit of pot luck whether your phone will accept the new battery as not all apn actually mean anything on OEM batteries these days. good luck. if that doesn't solve the problem let us know.

Well, I bought the replacement battery from ifixit.com, so I assumed the replacement parts they sell would work.

Tonight I´ll replace the battery with the old one and see what happens.

thing is that 8/10 people who buy there battery will have no trouble.. ifixit is pretty good about aftersales. should be a contact no. on your shipping form
