How do I get iPhone out of data recovery mode?

I recently tried to restore an iPhone 6s to factory and it loaded up to this screen where it says enter passcode and then confirm passcode and then tries to restore data and then goes into a disabled screen. Btw I do not need to keep the data.

Download 3utool and try flashing.
