My Alcatel Flash 2's speaker is broken.
I think it's bass is the ones that is broken. Whenever I play audio, or watch YouTube, it's not loud and I can only hear the singing not the beats and the sounds. Please help.

Try the following to help isolate further what the problem may be.
Use headphones and listen if it still sounds the same when using them or if it sounds normal. This is just to determine whether it may be a loudspeaker problem or a software/systemboard problem.
If it still doesn’t sound OK when using headphones, try starting the phone in safe mode and check the sound quality. This is to determine if may be a software problem or not.
If it sounds OK when in safe mode then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit

@jayeff the sounds are better and good when listening through the headphones. But if I remove it, the sound becomes a broken bass and a lower volume

Before thinking of replacing the loudspeaker try this and check if it improves the audio from the speaker.
If you need to replace the loudspeaker - supplier example only (cost = ~$US4.00 + shipping), then here's a video that shows the dis-assembly of the phone which may help.
@jayeff If I ever do this, will my phone's data be erased?
If you mean trying to adjust the sound by going into the engineering mode then no it won't as long as you follow the procedure.
If you mean replacing the speaker, then again no.
You can always backup the phone to a computer or the cloud using the phone's backup feature before doing anything and that way if anything were to go wrong all your data will have been saved and then you can restore it to the phone using the phone's restore feature once you have resolved why it went wrong
