Why does my MacBook "keep shutting off due to a problem"
I have a mid 2010 macbook pro last 4 of the serial number is GAGV
While doing anything from web browsing to working in Microsoft office the computer for no rhyme or reason shuts off then back on by itself. When it reboots the fans get really loud and the bottom of the computer starts to get very warm and when the screen turns back on it prompts me to log in. As soon as I log in it will give me a screen that says “your computer shut down due to a problem” and gives me the option to ignore or report. It's starting to happen more frequently now.
The os is a 10.13.6 high sierra.
You encountered an OS crash! This could be due to either hardware where your systems RAM or drive has an issue or the OS or applications have a failure.
You'll need to locate the crash report. Open the app Console, click on the 'Error and Faults' locate the last report export it to a PDF and post it here for us to see iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 If you get the condition again you can just save the repair then.
