Camera, Flashlight and TouchID doesnt work

I replaced a charging flex cable and after a reapair back camera and flashlight no longer works. The TouchID seems to work but it has some weird bugs for example: after using TouchID the app which you are using starts to flicker or jump back and forth. Do you have any solutions? ASAP
