Amazon Prime App Won't Start

When I try to start Amazon Prime, all I get is the continuous circle of death until it times out. Netflix, Vudu, and YouTube all load just fine. I tried unplugging the TV, restarting the router, and logging out of and signing back into my wifi. Still doesn't work. Any links to solutions or advice would be so appreciated. Please help!

I really wish someone knew how to fix this problem. I am having the same exact problem. I have called amazon, Panasonic and the cable company. nobody knows.
