Battery life decreased to 90%

If you have Win 10 installed, try creating a Win 10 battery report and check what it says just as a comparison.

Battery life depends on how it is used e.g. constant deep discharging or not, how often it is being recharged and from what state of charge it is being recharged etc.

Laptop batteries are built to handle a certain number of charge cycles ~500 from a complete discharge but it may be more if charging from a higher charge state.

Perhaps a good indicator is to see how long a battery lasts before it needs to be recharged i.e. how quickly does it discharge when being used normally.

There are a lot of factors that can affect the performance of a battery, not just the one.

Battery life always decreases after time, but I think 90% during 1 year and 4 months is a bit too fast.

Do you feel like there is a 90% decrease in battery life or do you think it feels to be less?

If you feel like it hasn’t lost that much battery time, it’s probably the program that is wrong. If you feel like it is correct, I don’t think it’s a normal decrease in battery time.
