PS4 not turning on, new power supply tried still not working

Hello everyone, my PS4 slim doesn't turn on, no sound no life at all. I've tested a new power lid and a new power supply with no luck. I have already tried to turn it on with the dick tray, but no signs of life. Is there any ic/chip/capacitor/fuse on the motherboard that I can try to replace? I can do some soldering.
