Every time I replace the battery on my iPhone it works but when I charge it it charges very slowly and when my iPhone hit 0% it shuts off and wont turn on. The charging symbol won't even show on the screen. I changed the battery 2 times already and did the same thing. Also when I'm not charging my iPhone just using it normally the battery percentage goes down fast within a minute.

You may have more than one problem here. If the phone is losing charge rapidly, then that points toward some sub-circuit that is drawing too much current due to a (partial) short. We’ll often see this in relation to cameras or flexes. The fact that it is not showing the charge state points to an issue with the charge circuit. There may be a common cause but it may be two coincidental issues.
Lets start with the rapid discharge. Install 3uTools on your computer. With the phone booted up, connect it and trust the device so that you won’t need the screen for the next step. Now let’s do a bare-bones setup. Start by disconnecting the battery first (always!). Then disconnect the digitizer, LCD, front camera, rear camera and home button extension flex. Now re-connect the battery; you should only have the battery and Lightning Dock flex connected. Connect a known-good, preferably Apple-original Lightning cable. 3uTools should recognize your device and it will give you the battery and charge state. Observe how it behaves; is it charging normally or not. If it is, then the problem is with one of the components you disconnected. Re-connect one flex at a time (remember the battery!) until the phone stops working. I would start with the Home button flex first, then add the rear camera, LCD & Digitizer then front camera flex.
