After Installation The Aux and Lightning Port Are Not Working

Hello after I. powered the phone. There is no audio. There is no sound from any videos, music, ringtone, etc. When I insert the lightning cable it wont charge the phone. I can receive and send phone calls. Please help. Tbank gou.

I installed the headphone/mic/charging port. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and found out one of the screw that is connected to the ground is not seated properly. Now it works great. Problem solve. Thank you.
