tv MN what make and model is your laptop? What you are saying is that your hard drive is not working and Windows does not reinstall. Is that correct?

I have found in some cases of Windows 10 upgrades that you need to reset the partition table / types and format. If you search online for Windows 10 hard drive format you will find some guides in case that is involved with your problem.
