my xperia X has been charging very slow lately , and it takes a while to take the charger and start charging , the charger is doning well on other phones , I tested it , and I replaced the USB port but it never worked , Help me plz !!

You could use one of those chargers
Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 standard
Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 standard
In a short sentence you can use any charger that has at least a 2.5 amp output and that should charge your Xperia X a lot quicker.
Warning! If you're phone doesn't support quick charging, quick charger may reduce the battery life.

thank you dear but my phone feels the charger very slow , it takes a few seconds to feel the charger and start charging it wasn't like that at first

Sometimes, the problem is just the charger plug needs to be cleaned. Try use an electronic cleaner or any material does the same..
