55in TCL TV Roku. I turn the TV on the sound works it flashes a red white black screen of TCL home screen and then it goes off. I've tried resetting all these different codes. I need some repair. I tried the flashlight in the background black screen couldn't see a thing. Soundworks comes on for a second and then it disappears to a black screen. Repairable?
MissAnne Gauvin how did you try to reset it? Everything disconnected from the back of your TV? What have you checked besides the "flashlight test"? Do you have a complete model number for your TV?
