hello
in one day i I worked to develop a Wii and then waited a bit, then after the completion of the development of a black screen appears written on it that there is something wrong happened to the 003 and now I can not find any solution

Error 003 is caused by system menu 4.2/4.3+ and ios70/80 on region changed Korean wiis
The FIX- You need to install ios60-v6174 into ios slot 70, 80, 90. Then Never ever update from Nintendo again. Be sure to install priiloader to block updates. Alternatively, you can use modmii to install the need patched ios.

My wii already has error code 003 . so it cant access into wiimenu. and it also did not install priloader
my question is
how can i use dop-mii. because my wii show only this error code. i cant go anywhere.

Nintendo's customer support page has a database for error numbers. It appears that 003 has its own page, though, asking you to call customer support directly. Uh oh.
Sounds like you accidentally bought a hacked Wii. When you upgrade the firmware found the hack and now your Wii may be bricked. Try this: while holding down the reset button, turn on the power to the Wii. If a menu comes up then your wii is definitely hacked but it has a brick safety program to get you out of it. If nothing happens then you may be out of luck. Since you bought from Korea and it still allows you to play it in America then there is a good chance that your Wii is modded. I would say return it to the person you got it from but that seems to be out of the question.

You can use DOP-Mii to install IOS60-v6174 into the correct slot. For System Menu 4.2, install into slot 70. For 4.3, install into slot 80. When DOP-Mii asks you if you want to change the slot for installation, click "Yes" and enter either 70 or 80.
WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL v6400!!! THAT IS A STUB AND WILL NOT HELP!!!

I mean IOS60-v6400 in the warning. THAT one is a stub. Only install IOS60-v6174 into one of the slots I mentioned above.

https://wiibrew.org/wiki/Error_003 may be helpful, but it may be just cheaper to buy a new motherboard and start over (less than $50). Then mod using wii.guide and you're in business.
