Messages stopped working says free msg: unable to send-message block

My phone did an upgrade on software and it isn't the original sim it's a Samsung Verizon J7 V but my sim is an Obama never had a problem until software upgrade I went into the settings and I see it says 2 things have been deleted and it has to do with configapk…is there a repair app for the configapk?
