I can not open my screen. the sensor that takes from your finger will not let me open my phone to get textes, phone calls or anything

I Suppose you are having issues with the digitizer or touch functions.
One possible way you can try is to get a microusb 2.0 usb on-the-go adapter.
Get a cordless mouse and put the receiver on the usb port.

Try to press and hold the Volume down button. While holding Volume down, press and hold the Power button until the device turns on. You'll see the word "Start" with an arrow next to it.
