i ran an Apple Hardware Test because

The MacBook turns off without the magsafe
The battery status LEDs do not indicate anything
I have tried 2 batteries but the problem still occurred

Sadly, this is not really repairable as the chip will need to be replaced and unless you have the correct tools its just not possible. Time for a new logic board MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2010 基板の交換 and here are your choices:

@danj yes, i suspected it had something to do with the logic board and just to confirm, i have added a screenshot of MacsFanControl. it does not show GPU temperature at all.
