I just done a timing job on the truck
I have 3 codes two of the three are the same
P0325 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction ( Twice )
P0012 Intake Camshaft Position Timing Over Retarded Bank 1

Knock sensor may be a broken wire that was damaged during your maintenance, seen it several times. Intake position oil controller may have some crud in it blocking oil flow or you did not follow proper procedure to reinstall the components. Bank 1 is typically the same side as cylinder #1.
