My 46 in RCA Model Number 46LA45RQ Is having issues powering on?

When I get home everyday the tv will not power on. I will unplug it, wait 10 minutes, hold down power button, then plug it in. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to try it 5-10 times. When I first plug it in the red light comes on. After I hold down the power button for 10 seconds it turns blue, then will completely go out. No lights at all. I have to unplug and restart the process if this happens. Just trying to determine if this is in fact the power board or something else?
