12 HD problems, Pass disk utility, Disk Warrior cannot repair
Main hardisk cannot mount, pass disk utility with no errors or problems, but stuck during the Disk Warrior and says hardisk cannot repair.

I would boot to a hard drive that does work (external) and back-up whatever you can. I am sure, like most people, you have a back-up of all of your data to begin with, right? ;)
Replace the drive. A decent HDD goes for $75. I recommend Western Digital, because I have had good reliability and their warranty.
