Good advice from Dan +. Just a thought here after a quick search of google images. I see that that particular phone could be part of a multi-phone setup and if applicable in your particular situation, you may want to also try swapping chargers with one of the other phones in the set, just to rule out the charger as a possible source of the problem. As Dan + mentioned most times it's just a case of the batteries "wearing out" though.
The battery may need to be replaced. Over time, rechargeable batteries gradually lose their ability to maintain a charge and will start malfunctioning.
