LG WT5001CT not agitating properly

We have had this washer since 2012.  The center low profile center agitator bolt came out so I put it back in and it came out again on the next load, so I put some red locktight on it and that fixed that.  Ever since it just doesn't agitate or clean cloths like it should.

The whole drum rotates during the wash sequence but only slightly unlike before where it would rotate significantly. It spins great and doesn't seem to have an issue there.

Is there a sensor or control that might need to be adjusted or checked?

PS…I also just found out it has the recall for the shaking issue. While we haven’t had this problem we will have it serviced.
