My top loader got a rinse problem, when it rinses all the water goes to drain,

What can be the problem?

Batandwa Jackson what exact model is your washer? What exactly does it do? It rinses but drains all the water? when does it do so? Beginning of the rinse cycle end or when? Does it fill up with fresh water again after? Has it worked before?
