Just wentdead when I plug in charger the red-light on but show nothin

The Alcatel one touch fierce 2 just went dead and when I plug in charger the red-light comes but won't show nothing on screen everything just black don't even come on when switch on or even try to troubleshoot it…so what maybe the problem of the phone?
