giving me a f5 code but it isn’t locked
My washer is giving me a f5code but it isn’t locked. I have unplugged it for 2 hours, Turned it back on and has a hit power button it starts flashing the f5 code again and don’t stop until I unplug it again and then it takes it 5 minutes to stop beeping even though it is unplugged. I have done this several time! How do I fix it myself? I am not able to pay a service call . Thank you .
@trishaleigh what is your washers exact model? It is still possible that this is a failed lid lock but we need more info. Heck, nobody has money for service calls etc. that is why iFixit is here to empower you to fix your own. We may need images etc. to guide you later on
