This is answer to Mike tingles issue. I have a similar problem except I don't have the receipt. In your situation you can do a factory reset on the tablet. Google specifically how to do it but it's something like holding down power n volume down key (just make sure first), then wen you see the Voyager screen starting up you let go of power key but continue holding whichever volume key. You'll see a new screen appear, select wipe data factory reset. Wen it's done you can reboot. It will then ask you to enter the activation passcode located on your receipt. That's where I'm stuck. Feel free to share yours so I may move forward as well.. but either way you should be ok after that.
That doesn't do anything if you didnt purchase it at the store it wont work.

I have almost the same problem. I bought a tablet from a friend who purchased it at Walmart for a relative. This person put their email on the tablet and then passed away. The friend cannot locate the deceased person's email address so I can erase it and put my email address in it's place! When I try to set the tablet up. I can't get WIFI to recognize my password. I keep getting the message Authorozation Problem. I have the original sales receipt from Walmart which has the one time Activation Code on the original receipt. How do I solve this problem?
